On the NSW side, below the crest of the Hume Dam, and near the large transformers that are a part of the hydro-electric power station, is a large white Quonset Hut, that has a tall, blue roller door, offset to the front, with a smaller, covered roller-door halfway along the southwestern side. Tho 'regular' entry would be by a slightly covered door to the rear, up a handrailed concrete ramp. There is blue trim to the coverings for the side doors and the curving edges at the front and rear. There are three white 'whirly-bird' air vents to the roof.
It is locked away behind a two-metre tall cyclone mesh fence.
