ANWB (visit link) has been placing information boards at monuments and tourist routes for around 35 years with the aim of introducing historic locations to not only visitors but also residents of the region.

ANWB Monument Plaque, with number 35313/001, reads:
"Reformed Church.
The "Eben-Haëzer" evangelization was established on July 4, 1872.
The first stone laying of the current church building took place on July 18, 1911, after which the church building was consecrated on March 13, 1912.
Various renovations took place between 1959 and 1980.
In June 2004, the church building was restored to its original state as much as possible by, among other things, placing the dormer windows and repairing the roof covering."
