Das Summloch
Tief einatmen summend lang ausatmen.
Man steckt den Kopf in das Loch.
Holt so tief wie möglich Luft.
Summt in so tiefem Ton, als man eben kann, solange, bis keine Luft mehr in der Lunge ist.
Mehrmals wiederholen!
Jeder Mensch hat eine nur ihm allein eigene organ. Vibration, den sog "tremor".
Das Summen erregt den tremor enorm
Wahrscheinlich ist, daß das Summen in menschheitsgeschichtlicher Frühzeit noch mehr als Tanz, Gesang, Trommel und Flöte u.a. als eine belebende Ein-Ton-Satzung des Gesamt-organismus geübt wurde. Dieser Stein ist eine Nachbildung eines Summlochs im unterirdischen Höhlensystem auf Malta.
