The offices of the Grand Lodge of South Dakota are also located here. It is also the home of the Scottish Rite Valley of Sioux Falls and the Sioux Falls York Rite Bodies - Sioux Falls Chapter #2 Royal Arch Masons, Alpha Council #1 Cryptic Masons, and Cyrene Commandery #2, Knights Templar. A branch of the University of South Dakota Scottish Rite Speech & Language Clinics is also located in the building.
