Located on the corner of Pleasant Avenue and Pine Street in Summit, SD, this nice, little park does not have a lot of use since the population of Summit is less than 300.

The town does have a school so there are kids in the area but most are from local farms.

Numerous trees and bushes are interspersed among the playground equipment, which includes a minimally maintained tennis court.

Summit is a town in Roberts County, South Dakota, United States. The population was 288 at the 2010 census.

Summit was laid out in 1892, and was so named on account of the town site's lofty elevation, which is listed at 2010 feet above sea level.

Parking can be had around the park since there is no official designated parking lot.
