This gray granite obelisk stands approximately 25 feet in height, and a death mask is on the front shaft, in fairly good condition despite lichen and some discoloring. The family name, "Myers", stands out in relief much farther down on the base (which itself is atop red granite, not gray), and the inscription is below a depiction of a broken column, noting this man's early passing:

On the front cap is the emblem of the Knights of Pythias -- note the letters for "Friendship, Charity, Benevolence" -- and the letter "M" is in the same position on the three other sides. On the reverse, his service to the Knights of Pythias is further referenced:
