Ten noorden van kazemat K58 staat op de westelijke kade van het Defensie- of Peelkanaal de S-kazemat K59, daterende uit 1939-1940. De kazemat kan frontaal vuur geven op een naast gelegen betonnen verdeelwerk annex stuw (S11), welke naast de regulering van de waterstand ook voor de overschrijding van het kanaal gebruikt zou kunnen worden. De wal ter plaatse is grotendeels afgegraven. Enkele meters ten noorden van de kazemat ligt de provinciegrens en komt de stelling op Brabants grondgebied.

To the north of casemate K58 is on the western quay of the Defense or Peel Canal the S-casemate K59, dating from 1939-1940. The casemate can give a frontal fire to an adjacent concrete distribution work and weir (S11), which in addition to regulating the water level could also be used for crossing the canal. The shore on site was largely excavated. A few meters north of the casemate is the provincial border and the position comes on Brabant territory.
