Fountains made their appearance on the Grounds. Two cast-iron spraying fountains in ornamental pools stood on either side of the Great Walk."
The cast-iron fountain pictured is on the right hand side of the walkway. The one on the left was not turned on/working at the time of the visit.
The basin is a cement oval about a foot deep. The pedestal of the fountain is decorated with birds. The top of the fountain is a small boy. Water drips from the catch basin below him.
