In the Netherlands much attention is paid to recycling of all kinds of materials. This to save the environment. The municipality of Lochem is responding to this by making small container parks where different types of waste can be returned 24 hours a day.
Here you can deposit paper, cardboard, green, brown and white glass, clothing and diapers.
There are also a number of containers where people from the neighborhood can bring the residual waste for a fee. They pay with a debit card. The municipality will settle this once a year.
