This is a nice little gem of a spot in Graham, the seat of Young County, TX. One can choose from a variety of pasta dishes with eggplant, sausage, fish, chicken, veal, shrimp, or clams and mussels, as well as hot and cold sandwiches, New York-style pizza, and steaks -- this is Texas, after all. Lunch specials are available, Monday through Friday, from 11 AM to 2 PM, and they have a small menu for kids twelve and under. If you plan to have room for dessert, they've got a nice selection. In addition to the usual soft drinks and iced tea, they have a bar, as well as a small selection of wines and draft and bottled beer.
