Clark Park was established in 1969 and is named in honor of Homer H. Clark (1891 - 1958) who is buried in nearby Greenwood Cemetery.

This is a two-acre park, immediately to the east of Means Park. The park is bounded by Kee, Indiana, Illinois and Huber Streets. The key feature of the park is a large municipal swimming pool and bathhouse. The park also contains a toddler pool, a picnic pavilion, horseshoe pit, wading pool, play area, basketball goal, stage, and sand volleyball.

At the northwest corner of the park is a raised garden with a bronze plaque reading:
