Fire station of the volunteer fire brigade in Tremsbüttel.
Under the name Freiwillige Feuerwehr Vorburg-Tremsbüttel the fire brigade was founded on 26 March 1890 by 25 men. The first captain was Fritz Stoffers until 1911. In 1901, a hand-drawn manual pressure sprayer was bought and a spray house was built on the village square next to the memorial.
1932 followed the first motor syringe (DKW two-stroke), which was replaced 1954 by a more modern four-stroke portable syringe; this was pulled in a portable syringe trailer (TSA) if necessary by a private platform truck of the land trade Starck. The complete motorization took place in 1961 with a fire engine LF 8. This Opel-Blitz with front pump and additional devices, among other things with cow foot, sheet metal cracker, crowbar to the technical assistance with accidents on the B 404, was at that time one of the most modern fire-brigade vehicles in Stormarn.
