The bronze face has a weather patina. It has some Roman Numerals around periphery. The inscription near the center of the dial face is for the park - Fairmont Memorial Park. Along the edge, the inscription read "I count none but sunny hours." There is an hour glass with wings symbolizing the old adage "time flies."
