Oklahoma does get snow, just not a lot, and it doesn't stay long. Also, the Oklahoma City area is pretty flat.>br>
But, in Newcastle Oklahoma, a suburb southwest of OKC, there is a small hill that the local kids use to go sledding, when they get a chance. It's the east end of Leesa Cornett Park. It's probably only a 20 foot change in height, but it is enough for a good slide.
The pictures here are from a reasonable snow we had in February of 2014, when I took the grandson out sledding.
There is a long expanse of area at the top, but it all funnels to a small area of trees just before the creek, so there is only room for maybe 6 kids to sled at a time.
