A brass memorial plaque to Frederick Prentice, who died at Thaba N'Chu, South Africa in 1901, during the Boer War.
The memorial consists of a wall mounted brass plaque with two inscribed black line borders & crosses in red at each corner, and an inscribed Latin cross at the top centre in red. The inscription is in black.
