Sandwiched between the Urban Agrarian and a screen printing shop, The Loaded Bowl can see a lot of traffic on certain days of the week. Across the street and next door is a Farmer's Market. Bingo is offered every Wednesday night at 7:30. Sundays offer a rotating brunch menu. A wholesale menu is also offered by this restaurant.

We've tried several menu items at this vegan restaurant. I really like the salad with cashew dressing, my kid loves the mac & cheese, and the enchiladas are good too. Cocktails, wine, beer and cider are offered at the bar. A large selection of bakery items are available at the counter. The dining area is spacious and makes me feel like I'm under no obligation to hurry and get out.

The Loaded Bowl was formed in 2013 as Oklahoma's first vegan food truck. Our mission is simple - to provide conscious comfort food in an accessible and affordable way. To us, conscious means sustainable practices, serving cruelty free food, making charitable contributions as often as possible, and providing our staff with a livable wage and safe space to work and grow.

To keep up with the growing demand for our services, we knew a brick and mortar location was a must and we officially launched our restaurant and bar in December 2016. We are now able to serve our customers through the restaurant, food truck, catering, and wholesale ordering.

By creating one of a kind recipes using plant based foods and ethically sourced ingredients, we know that we can impact our community one meal at a time. While convenience and health do not traditionally go hand in hand, we’re aiming to change that. Healthy meals should not only be accessible, but affordable for everyone. To reduce our footprint, we are committed to using sustainable products and practices. All of our packaging is reusable, recyclable, or biodegradable.
