A Victorian wall post box in Upper Lambourn near Newbury in the county of Berkshire, UK. It's in dialy use and a nice example of a Smith & Hawkes without the triangular shaped top

Upper Lambourn is a settlement of a few farms to the north of Lambourn in a rural area that runs along the Lambourn valley known as the Vale of The Racehorse due to the number of stables in the area that use the Lambourn Downs for training.


Condition of the box: Good/Average/Poor: Good

Is this post box still in use?: Yes: Mon-Fri 4.30pm Sat 9.30am
