EN: Pompous and lavishly made with marble from all over the world created "memorial stamps" can now no longer be pushed out of the appearance of the Beueler cemetery, more and more visitors are pilgrimage to these places and memorials, often perplexed by the collections of gigantic monuments of the sculptor and Stonemasonry, but also fascinated.
Why have there been the most elaborate grave monuments in the hint of mausoleums in Beuel on the Platanenweg for almost 50 years? A possible answer leads to Pützchens market. In the run-up to the Rhenish Grosskirmes, the "gypsy tips" still held in the people's mouths for many decades have met in their country-runners. From the more than 600-year-old chronicle of Pützchen's market it is also known that the pilgrims came to the market with various performances The traditional "gypsy ball" at "Traudchenweber" formed the end of the Rhenish grandiads, so that to this day the connection and tradition with Pützchen's market should be preserved.
