[EN] The Hôtel de Lalande was a private mansion built between the forecourt and the garden in 1779 by the Bordelais architect Etienne Laclotte. In a suite of sitting rooms, most of them still adorned with their original panelling, it presents paintings, engravings, miniatures, sculptures, furniture, ceramic, glassware and silversmith, from France and more specially from Bordeaux during the 17th and 18th centuries.
Four little salons decorated in the 19th century style are devoted to the Bourbon family during the French Restoration.
The second floor is dedicated to the 20th century with a 1900’ section and a Bordeaux 20-30’s room.
