The Center is operated by the Oregon Parks and Recreation Department with staffing assistance from the Waldport Chamber of Commerce which has its office in the building.
The front part of the building provides Waldport area visitor information services while the remainder of the building houses displays about the historic bridge and current bridges and a display of the history of transportation along the Oregon Coast.
