This is a one-story brick building, constructed in 1913 in what is known as False Front Commercial. The upper wall has been painted a light beige and has a corbelled cornice and stone coping. The lower storefront area is painted black. There are cast iron columns to either side of the single aluminum and glass entry door, and a cast iron threshold. Flanking the entrance on either side are large display windows with black tile kick plates.
The clerestories have been covered with wood paneling, as has the transom above the door. This building is currently vacant and is Item 73 on the District nomination.
