This is a two-story brick building in the Early Commercial style. It is currently vacant and for sale, and has not been renovated as have many others in town.
The west side of the building has five bays with no entries, whereas the south-facing facade has three small bays, and two larger bays. Bay 1 has a display window. Bay 2 has a wide storefront with a single entry, with the original wood framing. Bay 3 has a tall arched limestone surround with an elaborate keystone. The recessed doorway leads to stairs to the second floor. Bay 4 has a wide recessed storefront, and Bay 5 has a display window.
The second floor has paired double-hung windows with the original wood sashes. There is a triplet of windows above the entrance to the second floor. The clerestories in the storefronts have been covered with wood. Above the arched entrance at the roof line is a decorative name plate, with cast stone swag (no name).
This building is Item 3 on the District nomination.
