This two-story building was constructed in 1922 in the Early Commercial style. The second floor is red brick, and the ground level is buff-colored. The parapet steps up along 6th Street from west to east.

The south side facing 6th Street is divided into two bays. The storefronts have been renovated to large metal and glass display windows. The upper level has two single double-hung windows in each bay, with stone sills and lintels. The buff-colored brick columns have stone trim.

The west side of the building facing N. Muskogee Avenue is divided into 5 bays. The upper level, again, has two single windows in each bay. The entrance is in the southwest corner of the building, facing Muskogee Ave. This is an aluminum-framed double glass door with sidelight and transom. The four remaining bays to the north each have a large overhead door into a garage area.

The building is occupied by Ausbrook Car & Truck Sales and Rentals. Another location for this company houses their vehicle inventory. Antique memorabilia is on display at this building. Mounted on the upper level are several old service station and Coca-Cola signs, and the windows facing 6th Street open into a room filled with vintage gas pumps, children's toy cars and other items from days gone by.

This building is Item 44 on the District nomination.
