The original two-story building is 50 ft. wide and was constructed in 1922. Shortly after, a 25 ft. wide addition was added to the east. This entire building area is considered as one.

The architectural design is considered Early Commercial. The original portion to the west is divided into three bays by four brick columns that have stone capitals. The narrow center bay contains the stairway to the upper level with a single double-hung window on the second level. The two outer bays are original, except that the storefronts have been updated to aluminum-framed glass. These bays each have two sets of paired windows on the second level, with stone sills and lintels. The storefront on the west has a single centered glass door, with two display windows on either side, with high brick kick plates. The storefront to the east has a single glass entry to the right with three display windows and low paneled kick plates. This portion of the building has a stepped parapet with a simple pressed tin cornice, and a row of corbeled brick beneath. This portion has three separate wood shingled awnings over the door and storefronts.

The 25 ft. addition to the east has four single 12-over-1 double hung windows on the second level, with the original storefront on ground level. There is a central wood-framed glass door, flanked by two wood-framed display windows. The storefront area has been plastered and painted yellow. The western third of this addition has a brick entrance to the second floor, with the original wood door and transom. The roof line has a slightly arched parapet.

At 308 and 310, the tenant is 4 States Okmulgee Academy of Cosmetology. The east addition at 312 is currently vacant. This building is listed as Item 41 on the District nomination.
