This building was also designated as the Oklahoma Abstract Company Building in the 1992 district nomination. It is currently vacant.

This is a two-story brick building in the Early Commercial style, constructed in 1909. The facade is divided into three bays, with the smaller center bay used as access to the second floor. This doorway is currently bricked over. The two storefronts on either side are not symmetrical. The west storefront has a recessed single entry with display windows. The east storefront has a flush entry. The display windows have been divided with the lower two opague.

There is a metal awning above the storefronts, with corrugated metal covering the row of clerestories above. At the roof line, a band of corbelled brick forms a cornice.

This building is Item 89 on the district nomination.
