Long Description:
The memorial consists of a flagpole bearing the United States flag. On the square (4-sided) base of the flagpole are four plaques bearing the names of local residents who served in the different branches of the U.S. military. Located nearby is a Blue Star Memorial Highway marker amidst a nicely tended garden with a fir tree, palm shrub, and several plants. Behind the veterans memorial is an adorable little white gazebo, behind which is a vacant brick building with a fading ad for Wrigley's Spearmint Gum painted on it.

This is a very simple memorial flagpole bearing four plaques with the names of those local residents who served in the various branches of the military. Although the memorial itself is quite simple, it's in a charming location in a small unnamed park.
