The Victoria Building is addressed as 1901-1911 N. Classen Blvd. This is a stucco-covered Late Gothic Revival building, constructed in 1928. It has a front gable with a composition roof, and a flat roof. This is a one to three story building that once housed the Victoria Theater. In the early days of television, it also housed a television studio.
The Gothic style is demonstrated by the lavish use of small towers, pointed arched windows, checkerboard parapet wall, and flower designed panels.
Alterations include the application of stucco over the original brick, and the addition of cloth awnings. The building includes storefronts and offices. This building is Item (421) on the District nomination.
1901 - Offices - some occupied, some for rent
1903/1905 - Cafe Antigua
1907 - Vacant
1909 - Dream Desserts Cafe & Candles
