[EN] It gave access to the Decumanus Maximus road and connected the Porte Sainte-André to the Porte Sainte-Andoche, now completely destroyed. It has been restored on several occasions, in particular by Violet-le-Duc. It is very similar to the Porte d’Arroux and is roughly the same size. One of the two flanking towers was preserved and modified into a church in the Middle Ages. It has been a Protestant church since 1965.
