This marks a helipad that is part of the California Department of Forestry (CDF) Alma Fire Station.

I had some problems interpreting the notation used for the minutes of the longitude and latitude. e.g. is it N37 11.04' (what looks to be a decimal point appears to be a nail, but maybe it's not) or is it N37 11' 04" (there's no " mark after the 04).

Neither one seems to bring Google maps very close to the pad. I posted the coordinates of the first interpretation. The coordinates obtained by GPS at helipad waymark seem more true.
