It features water fountains, a clock tower, and a geocache. The clock is mounted about 50 feet above the main entrance, facing southwest. It has a white face and hands. It also uses roman numerals at the 12, 3, 6, and 9 positions while tick marks are at the others.

The building is a multi level/story structure built with stucko walls and red-tile roofs, which is typical of this area.

Taken from Wikipedia, "Temecula /t?'m?kj?l?/ is a city in southwestern Riverside County, California, United States. The city is a tourist and resort destination, with the Temecula Valley Wine Country, Old Town Temecula, the Temecula Valley Balloon & Wine Festival, the Temecula Valley International Film Festival, championship golf courses, and resort accommodations for tourists which contribute to the city's economic profile. Although Temecula is geographically closer to downtown San Diego than downtown Los Angeles, it is considered part of the Greater Los Angeles area."
