These Blink electric car charging stations are in the north parking lot of the Burton Barr Central Library. Nearby solar panels provide electricity to these stations and to the library. The panels, by SolarWing, provide lighting and electricity at a rate of 148 KW - at least when the sun is shining. Which it pretty much always is in Phoenix...
