This shaded and well-appointed park is just west of Miller Road, a block south of E. McKellips Road. The park is something of an oasis, with green grass and shade trees, which is not all that common in southern Arizona. The park has tennis and basketball courts, a large field (currently set with soccer goals), and plenty of room to walk the dog or jog. The large children's play area is partially shaded and includes a mix of climbing rigs and old-school play stations such as swings. A pavilion with tables is nearby. The only real drawback is that there is no parking lot and no nearby street parking; one might have to park in the shopping areas just to the east and cross a busy street.
