Site Location: Southwest corner of a 3-1/2 acre island southeast of southern tip of Cape Porpoise.
Directions to this site: Kennebunkport, ME - Take ME-9 east, turn right on Pier Road to the wharf, take tour boat.

Purpose: To guide ships in and out of the Harbor at Cape Porpoise.

During G. H Bush's presidency - this lighthouse served as an outpost by the Secret Service guarding his home.
