 "Ce terrain, qui jouxte l'aile gauche des Musées érigés par Alphonse Balat, le long de la rue de Ruisbroek, était une zone perdue, inconnue du public, laissée à l'abandon depuis plusieurs années
Coincé entre Ie mur des bâtiments du Musée d'Art ancien et l'arrière des jardins de la rue de Ruysbroeck, ce jardin est composé d'une promenade d'une trentaine de mètres égayée de quelques bancs disposés en demi cercle et de quatre érables de belle allure.
Ce jardin renferme quatre sculptures de femmes: "La rivière" d'Aristide Maillol, disposée au-dessus d'un bassin d'eau circulaire, un bronze qui date de 1938-1943, une "Baigneuse" d'Emilio Greco , une "Grande Niké" de Bernarnd Heiliger datée de 1915 et enfin "l'Offrande" de Dolf Ledel."

Etabli à côté des Musées royaux des Beaux—Arts, probablement à l'emplacement du premier jardin botanique aménagé à la fin du XVIIIe siècle par J. Van der Stegen de Putte, cet espace de verdure combine
intérêt artistique et naturel. Aux arbres remarquables (dont des tilleuls, robiniers, érables, platanes et autres féviers) s'ajoute un jardin de sculptures pensé autour du thème de la femme avec, " La Rivière " d'A. Maillol, une " Baigneuse " d'E. Greco, une " Grande Niké " de B. Heiliger et " L‘Offrande " de D. Ledel.

Wedged between the walls of the buildings of the Museum of Ancient Art and the back gardens of the Rue de Ruysbroeck, this garden is composed of a walk of about thirty meters enlivened some benches arranged in a semi circle and four maples beautiful pace.
This garden contains four sculptures of women: "The river" of Aristide Maillol, arranged over a pool of circular water, a bronze dating from 1938-1943, a "Bather" Emilio Greco, a " Great Niké "Bernarnd Heiliger dated 1915 and finally" The Offering "of Dolf Ledel."
The Panel
Established next to the Royal Museums of Fine Arts, probably on the site of the first botanical garden laid out at the end of the 18th century by J. Van der Stegen de Putte, this green space combines
artistic and natural interest. In addition to remarkable trees (including lime trees, locust trees, maple trees, plane trees and other honey locusts), there is a sculpture garden designed around the theme of women with "La Rivière" by A. Maillol, a "Bather" by E. Greco, a "Grande Niké" by B. Heiliger and "L‘Offrande" by D. Ledel.

Deze tuin bevat vier beelden van vrouwen: "De rivier" van Aristide Maillol, gerangschikt over een poel van cirkelvormig water, een bronzen uit 1938-1943, een "bader" Emilio Greco, een " Geweldig Niké "Bernarnd Heiliger uit 1915 en tot slot" Het Aanbod "van Dolf Ledel."

Gevestigd naast de Koninklijke Musea voor Schone Kunsten, waarschijnlijk op de plaats van de eerste botanische tuin die eind 18e eeuw werd ontwikkeld door J. Van der Stegen de Putte, combineert deze groene ruimte
artistiek en natuurlijk belang. Naast opmerkelijke bomen (waaronder lindebomen, sprinkhanen, esdoorns, platanen en andere honingsprinkhanen), is er een beeldentuin ontworpen rond het thema van vrouwen met "La Rivière" van A. Maillol, a "Bather" door E. Greco, een "Grande Niké" van B. Heiliger en "L‘Offrande" van D. Ledel.
