No Regrets Tattoo is at the west end of a strip mall on the south side of N.W. 16th in the Plaza District. It is on the east side of Gatewood, a one-way street southbound. The link below is to their Facebook page, which shows an impressive gallery of tattoos. Walk-ins are welcome, and openings may vary. A sign posted at the entrance states you must be 18 to enter, and as is the law in Oklahoma, you must have an I.D. to get a tattoo.
