Covered well south of the main Springlake building. Best parking for this is the parking lot south of Springlake Dr, north of Metro Tech Drive. Go to the west end, the well is just west of the parking lot at the north end of the suspension bridge. There is no bucket, but the pulley is there. There is water in the well.
