Transcription from video:
Crosses and stuffed animals. They're memories of Tonya Horn and her 8-year old daughter Rylee Ewald. They died Friday in a crash involving a pickup truck fleeing from officers in Southwest Oklahoma City. Horn's husband, Eric, was rushed to a hospital.
(Kimberly Grout, Eric's cousin): "His breathing's doing better."
Eric's cousin, Kimberly Grout, says he's had two surgeries and has 20 broken ribs. Rylee and her dad loved baseball.
(Kimberly Grout): "That was their thing. You know, they watched the Cubs together. She wanted to dye her hair a different blue so it was Cubs blue...And (she) wanted to play tee-ball, just like the Cubs."
Her mom loved to cook and arts and crafts.
(Kimberly Grout): "You don't ever think that stuff like this would happen to your family. And when we got the phone call the other night, it was really scary for all of us."
Police say two suspects were arrested on complaints of second degree murder. Formal charges have not been filed at this time. A family now has to say goodbye to loved ones after police say the two fled a traffic stop.
