"Designed by a prominent local builder as his own residence, this 2-story stucco dwelling provides an unusual example of the Art Moderne style in the neighborhood. The flat-roofed residence features curvilinear walls organized in cubistic volumes. Ornamentation relies on glass block, pipe railings and horizontal banding to provide interest to the smooth stucco wall surfaces."
