The district's Registration Sheet doesn't say much about this commercial 1-part building, other than noting its construction in 1939. It appears that much of it has been covered with stucco, painted brown to match the paint on the bricks. There is a single entrance, flanked by a large window on one side, and three smaller windows on the other.
