The municipality of Saint-Martin d'Hardinghem has one of the 42 boxes installed in 30 municipalities of the agglomeration to encourage reading by encouraging the circulation of books. A project unique in France by its magnitude. An illustration of the cultural ambition for all municipalities, urban and rural, of the agglomeration.
The concept is simple, each inhabitant can retrieve a book for free, with the only condition to put another one in the place. This mini-library allows everyone to circulate works free and free, without control, in a climate of trust and sharing.
