This wooden weatherproof structure is located at the front of the agency at 101 Second Street West. It is a popular pay-it-forward lending library whereas community residents “Take a
book and leave a book”.

A volunteer craftsman built the structure, and local businesses donated material to bring this project to life.
Citizens are encouraged to drop by often and peruse the selection of books which changes regularly, thanks to its many Trading Post Library participants and community donators.

Tri-County Literacy Council (TCLC) specializes in addressing adult literacy needs in the Stormont, Dundas and Glengarry counties of Ontario.
