Located in Clinton Park in Tonawanda, this tree is the largest bur oak in New York state measuring 220" in circumference. It is 82' high and has a 26' crown.

A plaque in front of the tree erected in 1976 reads as follows:
"The International Society of Arboriculture and the National Arborist Association jointly recognize this significant tree in this bicentennial year as having lived here during the American Revolutionary Period"

Since the park is so small, streets run all around it with on-street parking available.
