This impressive headstone has the family name, "Lindahl", on the plinth, with the cap being supported by columns. The emblem of the Home Forum Benefit Order is above the inscription, featuring a key, the flag of the United States, and a fasces, a combination unthinkable today. "Home Forum" is on a banner superimposed on these three objects, with "H.F.B.O" below. The inscription reads:

Andrew Lindahl

Born in Sweeden April
1, 1861, Died June 25, 1898.

Gone, but not forgotten.
