There is no indication as to the relationship between these three, but it's probable that Ross Shultis is the father of the two children listed on the reverse.

The family name, "Shultis", is on the base on the front, and below the compass and square of the Freemasons, the front panel reads:

Ross T.
Shultis,
Died
July 17, 1904.
Age 36 Years.

On the reverse is:

Ross M.
Shultis,
Died
May 16, 1901,
Age 6 Weeks.

-*-

Louise
Shultis,
Died
July 17, 1901,
Age 3 Months.
