"The beach is located 5 kilometers south of the village of Sainte Anne, the beach stretches for over a kilometer. The wooded part of the site is part of the forest of the Littoral, resulting from fifty geometric steps. This forest area is 83 meters and is managed by the National Forest Office (ONF).

The beach is divided into three parts: the Grande Anse des Salines, the largest and best known part, the Petite Anse des Salines to the west and finally the Grande Terre des Salines to the east.

Almost two kilometers long, the Grande Anse des Salines is undoubtedly the best known of the beaches of Martinique. It must be said that it is truly beautiful with its fine white sand and coconut trees leaning over the calm waters of a bright blue sky.

The view of the Diamond Rock in the distance completes the postcard ... But the medal has its reverse and the place is very busy all year round on weekends and even during the week during Lent, the winter months corresponding to the dry season in the West Indies.

To gain a little tranquility we can choose to bathe during the morning hours or to exile a little on the right side of the Cove less crowded days of high attendance. "
