At the pedestrian area 'Nieder Straße' in Villingen-Schwenningen, Germany, Baden-Württemberg is a nice fountain located which is called 'Katerbrunnen'.

At the pedestrian area 'Nieder Straße' in Villingen-Schwenningen, Germany, Baden-Württemberg is a nice fountain located which is called 'Katerbrunnen'.

The name 'Katerbrunnen' means 'Tomcat's Fountain'.
The sculpture of the tomcat has been placed on the fountain in 2015. The tomcat 'Miau' is one the symbols of the local carneval.

The year of creation of the fountain itself is unknown.
