Northeast of Glen Innes (in the New England tableland of NSW) is the local cemetery, where there is a modest-sized Mausoleum. There was no identification for it, apart from a stained white marble cross above the portico. The inscription of the lead lettering is:

"In
Loving Memory
	    of
  SADIE
BORN 1911
DIED 1950"

The mausoleum is most likely made of sawn grey granite blocks, with a flat roof. Being about 3 metres square and just over 2 metres in height. There is low stone edging around the plot, about a metre out from the Mausoleum. There is a metal door (probably copper, with a dark brown patina) and a cross over the upper half.
