Eugene is in Lane County, Oregon. County-wide transit is managed by the Lane Transit District (LTD). This one square block of downtown is the central transfer hub for all city buses. There are two diagonal roads across the city block with entrance and exit to each street on all four sides. See Eugene Station map.

The transit block is between West 10th and 11th and Willamette and Olive Streets. The LTD Service center can be seen in Google Street View.
