While the Foundation Stone was laid on 7th December 1986, with the first services being held 25th October 1987, it wasn't until 1989 that moneys were raised for locals to band together over a couple of weekends to build the Bell Tower. [The Elia family donated the bell tower in memory of their mother Milia.] As 'witnessed' by a brass plaque with a dark brown patina on the base of the Bell Tower about head height, which reads:
This Bell Tower
was Donated to the
Church of St. Andrew
by the
Elia Family
in Memory of their
Beloved Wife and Mother
Milia
1989
From the zoomed photo, it looks like there is a central ~45 cm bronze bell, with a 30 cm bell on the northern side of the rendered square Bell Tower. Each of the four sides of the Tower have two levels of 'open, door-less door openings' with a gently arched 'head'. Between the lower, and the upper level of openings are a recessed cross on each side. The tower is free-standing on a concrete pad.
