Very detailed sculpture by acclaimed artist Marie Barbera. It is located in the fountain area in front of the Miamisburg Civic Complex.
The work was commissioned by the Miami Visual Arts Foundation, and funded entirely through donations from the local business community and citizens at large.
The piece was unveiled in 2002, and serves as a reminder of the native heritage of this area.
